Pal Outdoor Solutions — Standard Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed with Pal Outdoor Solutions. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
Payment & Ownership
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. The final balance must be paid in full via bank transfer 24 hours prior to or strictly upon delivery.
Pal Outdoor Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery or pickup if payment has not been received in full.
Delivery & Site Liability
All deliveries are provided at-cost via third-party transport contractors. Quoted rates assume clear, level, and safe access for heavy vehicles.
⚠️ Unloading is strictly limited to kerbside or nature strip. All responsibility of Pal Outdoor Solutions ceases at this point.
⚠️ If delivery vehicle enters private property at purchaser's request, the purchaser assumes 100% responsibility for all damages to driveways, footpaths, gates, underground services, or lawns.
Order Estimates & Delays
Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates only. Pal Outdoor Solutions is not liable for delays caused by poor weather, supplier stock shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Manufacturing Tolerances & Natural Characteristics
Concrete sleepers are manufactured with small dimensional tolerances due to the moulding process.

Natural characteristics such as efflorescence, water staining, and superficial surface crazing (hairline cracks) are aesthetic anomalies. These do not affect structural integrity and are not covered by warranty.

Structural Warranty
Against manufacturing defects
The purchaser must inspect goods and notify Pal Outdoor Solutions in writing of any structural defects within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
⚠️ No structural claims can be brought after the 7-day inspection period has expired.

Cancellations & Returns
As products are sourced directly to fulfil your specific order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for change of mind or leftover stock.
↩ Restocking Fee
40% restocking fee applies to any approved return. Goods must be returned to our yard at customer's expense.
📅 48-Hour Rule
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a restocking fee.
🔧 Custom Orders
Custom-cut or custom-manufactured orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
